Benefit of the spices








































The spices are very important to increase the appetite and digest the food properly. Some are hot, some have a cooling effect upon the body. They are required according to the season and to ones bodily constitution. The spices form the basis aromatic ingredients of not only food but also for a good cup of tea. Though they provide innumerable benefits they should be used in a specific way and sparingly to make optimal use of the resources provided by nature. An expert cook knows the art of spicing to cause different effects.

Asafetida: Is the substitute for onion and garlic. Help to remove intestinal gas and to cure stomach ache and whooping cough.

Bay leaf: Bay leaf oil possesses antifungal and anti bacterial property.
